Rewards Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN THE DREAM PAIRS REWARDS PROGRAM, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND ALL TERMS INCORPORATED HEREIN BY REFERENCE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE DREAM PAIRS REWARDS PROGRAM.

These Terms of Use include an arbitration agreement that governs any disputes between you and us. In arbitration, there is less discovery and appellate review than in court. This arbitration agreement and other provisions will:

•  eliminate your right to a trial by jury to the extent allowable under applicable law; and substantially affect your rights, including preventing you from bringing, joining, or participating in class or consolidated proceedings in arbitration and litigation.

You agree that we may provide updates, notices, disclosures, and amendments to these Terms of Use, and other information relating to the DREAM PAIRS Rewards program by electronic means, including posting such information and materials online at https://www.dreampairshoes.com/.

ELIGIBILITY

In order to participate in the Program, you must be at least eighteen (18) years of age, be a legal resident of, and physically located within, the United States, and be able to provide a unique and valid email address at the time of signing up. You must be legally competent to enter into contracts to sign up for the Program. Dream Pairs reserves the right to limit the number of Members in the Program. If you are not eligible to participate, you are prohibited from accessing, using, and registering for the Program. A Member may maintain only one Program membership account in DP Dream Pairs Inc. Dream Pairs, in its sole judgment, reserves the right to disqualify any person from participation in the Program or revoke issued Points or Rewards, for any reason, including, for example, if that person appears to be violating these Terms and Conditions, making purchases for a business or for resale, making purchases with the intention of returning such as influencer pulls, stylist pulls or press pulls, manipulating the Program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abusing Reward privileges, or otherwise acting in a manner inconsistent with the Program’s intent or for any other reason Dream Pairs deems necessary based on its sole discretion. If a Member is disqualified, such Member will forfeit their Points and all outstanding Rewards, as those terms are defined below, with a balance that has not been redeemed at the time of such disqualification. Program void where prohibited by law. For new Members, by creating an account through Dream Pairs, you will be registered for the Rewards Program of all DP Dream Pairs Inc. brands, including Dream Pairs, Bruno Marc, Nortiv8, and Dream Pairs stores. For existing account members, you will automatically be opted-in to participate in the Dream Pairs Rewards Program, and you can provide authorization to participate in the Bruno Marc and Nortiv8 Rewards Programs. You may opt out of the Program at any time. 

REWARD POINTS

You can start accruing points for purchases made on or after April 1, 2023. Purchases made prior to April 1, 2023, will not be eligible for reward points. Reward points will be issued after orders are fulfilled, one (1) point per one (1) dollar spent. Reward points will be added to your account after a qualifying purchase is made or completing an earning point activity. Zero-dollar orders, eGift Card purchases, cancellations, out of stock orders, out of stock items, suspected fraudulent purchases, international billing, and/or international shipping are not considered qualifying purchases. Taxes, shipping, handling charges and any other fees associated with your purchase are excluded from earning and redeeming points. Remember, your points are valid until the end of the calendar year and won't be renewed or extended. Reward points are non-transferable, even to another personal account. Rewards do not have cash value, can’t be sold or can’t be exchanged for another type of credit or discount. Reward points can’t be applied retroactively to an order. We are not responsible for rewards that may be lost or redeemed as a result of any fraudulent activity. We reserve the right to place limitations on the number of qualifying purchases that are eligible for the Program and/or the number or types of rewards that you may receive or earn during any given period of time or for the duration of the Program and/or any combination thereof.

REFERRAL PROGRAM

• QUALIFYING REFERRALS

DREAM PAIRS members can earn points if:
1. A referred friend must make a purchase through a member’s unique referral link or code
2. The referred friend must successfully complete their first order on DREAM PAIRS, BRUNO MARC, or NORTIV 8 official websites or at DREAM PAIRS stores

If your friend does not click on the referral link in their invite email or apply your unique code in-store or any other invite to accept your invitation, you cannot receive points and we will have no liability to you because there is no discernible way to identify that the purchase was a result of your referral.

Rewards are payable only as DREAM PAIRS points issued in increments of 100 points unless explicitly noted otherwise in an offer. The 100 points will be added to your account after your referred friend places a qualifying order. 

As a DREAM PAIRS member, you can earn 100 points by referring a friend who makes their first purchase on DREAM PAIRS, BRUNO MARC, or Nortiv 8 official websites, as well as at DREAM PAIRS stores. However, if your referred friend makes additional purchases, those will not count as additional successful referrals and you will not earn any additional points. For example, if your referred friend makes their first purchase on all four websites or at the stores, you will earn 4 times 100 points. But, if your referred friend makes their first purchase and a repurchase on DREAM PAIRS website, you will only earn 100 points.

• REFERRED FRIENDS

When you refer your friends, they can click on a unique referral link or apply a unique code in-store, and upon registration, they will receive a 15% discount on their first purchase. Please note that packs and gift cards are excluded from this offer. It is important to remember that you cannot refer yourself to generate Qualified Referrals and earn points. In order for an order to be considered a Qualified Referral transaction, the referred friend must have different identifying information than the DREAM PAIRS member whose link was used to initiate the order.

• NO SPAM

As a DREAM PAIRS member, you have the option to share your personal referral links and codes via email using your own email tools. Please make sure that the emails you create are distributed in a personal manner. Any distribution of your referral link that could be considered unsolicited commercial or spam, as defined by any applicable law or regulation, is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of your account and exclusion from the DREAM PAIRS' Referral Program.

PRIVACY

We value and respect your privacy. The personal information that we collect from you in connection with the Program is subject to our Privacy Policy and will be used and disclosed by us for the purpose of administration of the Program, providing you with any rewards or benefits that you redeem under the Program, marketing in connection with the Program, other marketing communications that you have opted in to receive and as otherwise permitted by our Privacy Policy.

LIABILITY

Dream Pairs is not responsible for any, direct, or indirect, consequences or problems in regards to the Rewards Program. Nevertheless, Dream Pairs will use it’s best efforts to ensure that the Rewards member can benefit from its accumulated points in case of the malfunction of the Rewards Program. Dream Pairs is not responsible for rewards that may be lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity. 

RIGHTS

Dream Pairs may modify these terms and conditions at any given time in its sole discretion. Dream Pairs may or may not inform the Members of the Rewards Program of changes to these Terms & Conditions via email. Members of the Rewards Program should regularly check the Dream Pairs website for the latest version of these Terms & Conditions. Dream Pairs reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the Rewards Program for any reason at any time. In the event that Dream Pairs decides to terminate the Rewards Program, all Members will be informed by means of the contact information provided by them. In event of termination and/or suspension of the Rewards Program. Dream Pairs will not be held liable for any unused points, coupons or, benefits. Furthermore, the Member will have no legal recourse whatsoever against Dream Pairs in this respect and will not be entitled to any form of compensation.

SUSPENSION & DEACTIVATION 

We reserve the right to reject, revoke, cancel, or suspend any account(s) of any members and/or referred friend, issue rewards, and/or any and all unredeemed points, or take any other action at our discretion, at any time with immediate effect and without written notice or liability to any member, if we believe: (a) the member/or referred friend has (1) violated any of the Terms and Conditions; (2) acted in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, regulations, or ordinances; (3) engaged in any misconduct or wrongdoing in connection with the Program; or (4) engaged in abusive, fraudulent, inappropriate, or hostile conduct in connection with the Program, or DREAM PAIRS or its Members or employees; or (b) DREAM PAIRS’s provision of the Rewards Program and/or any associated benefits (including but not limited to points, coupons, perks, and gifts with purchases) to Member may violate any applicable laws to which DREAM PAIRS is subject. Membership in the Program may be revoked at any time. If we deactivate your account due to abuse or manipulation of the Program, or for any other reason, your membership in the Program will terminate immediately and your points balance and any value remaining on issued Rewards will be forfeited.
